WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEM?
If you have received a radio that is damaged or faulty, please contact us via Trade Me or by sending us an email to hello@tecsunradios.com.au. We will quickly help to resolve the issue and we will give you options for a replacement radio or a refund, whichever is most convenient for you.
 
DO YOUR PRODUCTS COME WITH A WARRANTY?
Yes, all Tecsun Radios Australia radios and accessories come with a 12 month warranty from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
 
During the warranty period, Tecsun Radios Australia customers are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Tecsun Radios Australia customers are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
 
If any defect in materials or workmanship in product sold by Tecsun Radios Australia is identified and notified to us within the warranty period then we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the product. Tecsun Radios Australia does not accept any liability beyond this for consequential loss. Warranty is subject to us being satisfied that a defect was not caused by, or was not substantially contributed to by, other factors beyond our control, including (but not limited to): defective installation, maintenance, or repair; alterations or modifications of the product in a manner not recommended by the manufacturer; or any neglect, misuse or excessive use.
 
To make a warranty claim, you must return the product to Tecsun Radios Australia within the warranty period with an original invoice and proof of purchase to provide warranty period start date.
 
Warranty repairs or replacement of goods is free of charge however, freight charges to return products to Tecsun Radios Australia under a warranty claim is the responsibility of the customer. The return shipping to the customer of the repaired or replacement product from Tecsun Radios Australia will be the responsibility of Tecsun Radios Australia and sent via a service level at Tecsun Radios Australia’s discretion.
 
CAN I RETURN AN ITEM FOR CHANGE OF MIND?
If you have a change of mind about your purchase, Tecsun Radios Australia will offer a refund provided that:
  • The item is in a saleable condition (i.e. the item is in its original packaging, with all of its original accessories, and the item is unused and as sold); and
  • You have produced satisfactory proof of purchase; and
  • The return is made within 30 days of the purchase.
Return postage is the responsibility of and must be paid by the buyer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

HOW WILL I BE REFUNDED?
You will be refunded the price of the product via the same payment method you used to make the purchase. It may take several working days for the refund to appear in your account after we’ve received and inspected your return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
