We will endeavor to answer all questions, emails and winning auctions within 24 hours. If an auction ended before we answer the questions, please find the relisted auction and ask again, we will get back to you asap.
GST TAX Invoices:
We are a GST registered Company. All prices shown is GST included.
For export orders: If you are sending your purchase overseas, please email us the bill of lading and we can refund the GST paid.
Feedback:
We will place a positive feedback once transaction is complete – payment received and goods dispatched or picked up. We would much appreciate if you could do the same if you are satisfied with the product. If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us asap and we are happy to try our best to solve the issue.
If for any reason you need to cancel your order, please email us to confirm. Please keep us informed so that we can relist the auction. No negative feedback will be placed in this case.
