Where are we based?
 
We are based in Whangarei, Northland. We deliver our products throughout New Zealand. All shipments are made within 1-3 working days of confirmed payments.

Are there any special offers?
 
We run promotions and discount offers on our products from time to time. We also offer corporate rates to businesses, schools and non profit organisations, please ask for a quote.
 
Do we offer technical support?
 
We offer local warranty and technical support for Creality products to our corporate customers. Please contact us for pricing details.
 
Most of our products are DIY, we expect our customers to have reasonable technical skills to assemble products and install parts. If you need any help or are stuck somewhere, feel free to shout out and we will try our best to sort it out for you.
 
Do we sell parts and accessories too?
 
Yes, we have an extensive range of 3D printer parts and accessories, including build platforms, nozzles, peripherals, replacement parts and upgrades.
 
Do the prices include shipping costs?
 
Product prices do not include delivery and shipment fees (unless specified otherwise). The goods are only supplied and packed in the purchase price and exclude all kinds of installations and maintenance.
 
The prices may be revised before accepting orders, or at any time, without a notice.
 
The purchase price is in New Zealand dollars and includes GST within New Zealand. Besides this, other relevant taxes and duties, as well as insurance, delivery and handling expenses, will be reviewed through the final invoice.
 
A quotation does not imply it’s a contract until you have placed an order which has been subsequently accepted.
