Returns And Warranty
We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase and enjoy the products they have purchased from us and thus our policy is flexible and is dealt with on a case by case basis. We want to keep our customers happy and are open to exchange / replace or refund any unused products.
Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 working days.
Please note that if the return is not due to a faulty product or due to a mistake on our part that a 5% - 8% re-stocking fee is applicable to cover our expenses on the transaction.
