We offer a pickup service — you're welcome to collect your order directly from our store.
We offer reliable delivery through CourierPost. Shipping fees are based on the item type and destination:
North Island -- Standard From $10
North Island -- Battery From $50
South Island -- Standard From $20
South Island -- Battery From $60
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. We use CourierPost with signature-required next working day delivery for most areas of New Zealand. Please note that delivery to rural or remote addresses (RD) may take longer.
A tracking number will be provided once your order has been booked and will become active within 24 hours. You can use this number to track your parcel via the CourierPost tracking system.
Important Notes: CourierPost does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate. If the address is incomplete and causes a re-delivery fee from the courier, this may be passed on to you.
