Size Exchange
If the item you purchase is the wrong size, you may return it (at your freight cost) and we will send you the required size (freight at our cost)
Please note that we will do this once. If you wish to return and exchange the exchange item, additional freight charges will be incurred.
Please note that we do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
All faulty items must be cleaned prior to being returned. Goods deemed to be faulty will either be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Action Safety. Any goods covered by a supplier warranty will be evaluated and honoured according to the Supplier warranty terms and conditions. Misuse of goods or wear and tear are not classified as faulty.
Clearance Items
Clearance items are sold on a “no returns” basis.
