Payment Details:

Account Name: Agripower Ltd
Bank deposit: To be made to nominated the account with auction number as a reference.
Credit Card: We accept credit cards Visa / MasterCard and Eftpos in store.
Cheque Payment: We accept cheques as payment, but allow three working days for Cheques to clear before items are sent.
Payment must be made within 5 days of auction end, all payments must have an auction number as a reference. If no auction number is visible on bank deposit this will result in delay of delivery process.
Feedback will be placed at time of item leaving our store and we appreciate feedback to be returned to us within three days of item being received.
GST INVOICES:
We are GST registered and supply a GST invoice with each sale. Please retain this invoice for warranty purposes.
Pickups & Deliveries:
Pick up is available within our operating hours of 8.00 to 5.00 Monday through Friday.
All smaller items are sent via New Zealand couriers or Courier Post by either envelope or ticket, price is dependent on size, weight and location item is being sent.
Larger items are sent via Owens transport and can take between 2 - 5 days depending on location.
Freight charges are dependent on weight, volume and destination of the item.
Warranties & Returns:
Agripower Ltd will repair, replace or refund (at our discretion) in the case of damaged or faulty goods. We will not accept for return or refund any products if you have changed your mind or if the product wasn't what you expected.
Please make sure that the auction you are bidding on is what you want prior to bidding, read all relevant information on products and warranties, returns must be made within 7 days and the product is sent back to us at the "buyers expense". All courier and postage charges are non-refundable.
If you receive any faulty or damaged products please be sure to contact us straight away so we can get the issue resolved.
Privacy:
Your details will not be passed onto any third parties at all under any circumstances.
We may retain your e-mail address to follow up on your customer satisfaction or let you know of any special promotions we are running through our auctions. If you request for us not to hold your details for this purpose we shall respect that.
