Q:How can I make sure I get the right car part?
A:Car parts can be difficult to match. But don’t worry, we’re here to help! Send us an email or call us at 0800 255 387 and one of our friendly customer service team members will help you.
 
In each auction description we include our stockists number as well as the genuine part number (eg BMW) If you’re not sure if a part will fit your vehicle, just give us a call on 0800 ALL EURO with the cars rego or last 7 digits of your chassis No & we will check that you are buying the correct part and that you are getting everything you need to complete the repair.
 
Q: What is your office/warehouse phone number and opening hours?
A: Ph. 0800 255 387  Monday-Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm (Auckland NZ)
 
Q: Is this item new?
A: All our items are NEW unless otherwise stated. You will find we very rarely have items that are not brand new listed.
 
Q: How Do I Pay?
A: Use TradeMe’s Pay Now for fast efficient payment processing. We also offer direct credit option and cash payment onsite at our physical premise, 64 Hamatana Rd Snells Beach, Auckland. Please note this is at least 45 minutes drive north of Auckland Central.
 
Q: Is the price in NZ Dollars does it include GST?
A: Yes prices are in NZ Dollars and we send a Tax invoice and the price includes GST.
 
Q: Do you combine shipping?
A: This is difficult on the TradeMe website as the site has no ability to combine shipments. You will need to contact us prior to purchasing to discuss combining orders.
 
Q: What is the Warranty?
A: Most of our products carry a minimum of 12 month warranty with some up to 3 years. If you have any warranty or incorrect supply issues please contact us and we will attend to this right away.           
 
Q: Can I install this myself?
A: Please be aware that mechanical parts do not usually come with instructions and you will need some mechanical knowledge, technical manual or get a qualified professional technician to install. Installing yourself can also void the warranty if you are not a qualified repairer.
 
Q: I missed an item can you relist it?
A: Most items will automatically relist within 24hrs of selling or ending.
 
Q: Where is my item shipped from?
A: Your items are shipped from our warehouse at 64 Hamatana Rd, Snells Beach, Auckland.
 
Q: Can you supply other Auto parts
A: Yes. Please send us details of your vehicle and what you require and we will arrange a quote. We have weekly orders arriving from Australia and Germany so we are usually able to source whatever you may need. We also have access to a  wide range of parts and accessories onsite  to suit many european vehicles.
