All our computers come with a 6 month* return-to-base warranty. This warranty covers Hardware faults. It does not cover Software.

Under warranty we will first attempt to repair the fault, failing this we will then offer a replacement.

Return-to-base means it is the customers responsibility to get the computer to our Technician in Albany, Auckland.

The address for this is 40c William Pickering Drive, Albany.

We will ship computers back to customers at our expense once they have been repaired or replaced under warranty.

*6 months begins from the date of purchase.

Proof of purchase is required for warranty purposes.
