We pride ourselves on our service to our customers. We have many years’ experience of shipping to New Zealand/Australia and send all our parcels with clear and correct customs labelling to streamline the delivery process. There is nothing worse than buying something online and then not hearing from your seller, not knowing when it will arrive or what the situation is, we want all our customers to feel assured and at ease dealing with us and to know that you are in safe hands which is why we always communicate effectively and quickly. Regardless of how little or how much you purchase from us, each customer is treated with the same importance as a valued customer of Alladins Cave.
We ship all our parcels via a fully tracked and insured international service which includes providing us with an exact GPS location of delivery for added security. Maximum delivery timescales are shown on the listing and most arrive quicker. Please allow for any global disruptions in the shipping network or severe weather conditions.
Full and clear tracking information will be sent to the winning buyer’s email address, please check your spam folder if not received.
All parcels are shipped twice weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays only.

Many New Zealand businesses use P O Boxes for delivery of their parcels and have no postal delivery, please check with your company if they have a P O Box and provide that address as giving an incorrect street address of a company that does not accept parcels can cause delays if items have to be redirected to the P O Box in question.
