FAQs

Q. Do you keep all items in stock?

Nearly! We keep majority of our items in stock; however, we have partnered with some amazing companies close to us to help better our range. If there is any problem with the supply of your order, one of our team will contact you to talk about it.

Q. What if the part I ordered is incorrect?

Whilst we try to ensure our listings are as accurate as possible, sometimes there are problems. If your part turns out to be wrong, simply contact our office, return the part and we will give you a full refund* (Subject to Terms & Conditions).

Q. Are your products OEM?

In most instances, our products are aftermarket brands. However, on occasions, we do sell some OE branded parts and use some OE branded parts in our kits that we make on site in Melbourne.

Q. What brands are in your timing belt kits?

Allied Auto online source components for Engine Timing Belt Kits from leading global OEM brands such as GMB, Gates, Koyo, NTN, INA and NSK. Proudly manufactured to industry leading standards and specifications. All our timing belt kits are warrantied for the full length of the original manufacturer's recommended timing belt service interval - conditions apply.
Our water pumps are supplied by Basco Wholesale for our timing belt kit and are precision engineered from cast aluminium, to suit Australian conditions and unitised for easy installation and watertight operation.

Q. How can you offer 100% Fitment Guarantee?

Whilst we would love to 100% guarantee your vehicle, unfortunately we cannot. A lot of our fitment information comes from our suppliers, and we have no control over. However, we are fully committed to getting you the correct parts for your vehicle, so if something does go wrong, we got your back!

Q. What are your warranty terms?

We offer a standard 1 year, 20,000km (whichever occurs first) warranty on all products. You can extend your warranty by registering your product once you have received it.

Q. Is labour covered in your warranty?

If a part is found to have a fault from manufacture, then labour and parts can be covered. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If you have further questions on this, feel free to reach out.
