How Long will my order take to arrive?
Most orders ship on the next business day after payment is received. We will send you a shipping confirmation email which includes your tracking number and a link to track your package. It normally takes 1 working day to arrive (except rural delivery takes about 1-3 working days).
Returns & Damaged Goods Policy
We stand by the quality of our products and we make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
You can return any products to receive a refund of the purchase price or exchange the products within 14 days of delivery (for any reason), provided that the products are returned in their original condition with packaging (Do not stick address labels or courier labels directly on packaging). Delivery charges are non-refundable.
If the products are damaged or has manufacturing faults when they are delivered to you, please email us within 5 days of delivery. and we will arrange to replace the damaged product(s) at no additional cost to you.

GST invoice
We are GST registered and are able to provide a GST invoice upon request.
