Change of mind? No worries.
We want you to be completely happy! If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase we will gladly accept returns. If you change your mind on an item purchased, you can receive a full refund LESS the cost of shipping (where free freight was allowed). Online purchases must be returned in original, as new condition, within 10 days of the purchase date.
We do not cover the cost of delivery for change-of-mind returns. Return postage must be paid for by the returnee.
Please note, damage to the product or packaging, missing tags or anything else that renders the product in less than 'as new' condition will result in reduced refund.
Missing Products: Animal Kingdoms has strict checking processes in place to ensure all orders are complete. These processes reduces missing stock errors to less than 0.01%. Please check your box thoroughly, as sometimes small products can get caught up in packaging material.
In the event you believe a product is missing please check the floor area where the box was opened as well, the box itself and thoroughly check the packaging materials. If products are missing from your order, all claims MUST be made within 10 days of receiving your order.
Defective or Incorrect Products Received: If the return is a result of a defective product or an error on our part you are entitled to a full refund and we will also pay the return freight costs.... The claim must be made within 10 days of delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 working days.
