Thank you for ordering from us. Our payment process is simple, reliable and customer friendly. There are many ways you can pay for your order:
Pings – You can pay for your order simply choose Trademe Pings, it is the fast, efficient way to pay for your order. Once your order is paid, we will pack your order to dispatch right away/you can pickup your order from our warehouse without waiting.
Bank transfer – Once your order is placed, you will get an automatic email from us with our company account details on it. Please pay for your order within 7 working days before we cancel and close your order. Once your payment is received by us, you can pickup your order/we will dispatch your order in 2-3 working days.
You may pay at pickup – Bank transfer on pickup is available. We are heading towards a cashless society, to be safer and more hygienic for you and our staff, we only accept bank transfer at this stage. Just pay it on your mobile and show your screen to our staff and you’re right to go.
