Please note that shipping charges may be reviewed post sale, if your delivery address is rural or not in a major shipping route. Sorry for any inconvenience caused, shipping charges are based on weight, size and location, while our system calculates weight and size, delivery locations could be a little tricky, so we will do everything possible to keep freight charges low and in the event shipping charges are way out, we will surely keep you informed and can look at options of full refund.
Pick up is more than welcome.
Please provide a valid contact number for shipping. During public holidays and Weekends, nothing will be shipped. You will have to wait till the next available working day. In some cases, we can combine shipping. So do let us know your destination and if you are buying two or more of our products.

We are unable to deliver to PO boxes.
Rural delivery will attract additional fees.
Courier delivery is usually within 7 working days.
Large freight could take up to 14 working days.
Rural delivery could take additional 3-5 working days.
Getting things delivered on time is important to us, but we can’t guarantee delivery times as we use a third-party shipping company. So, we can’t be liable for any loss, cost or expense caused by delay in delivery.
If the product is damaged in transit, please DO NOT SIGN for the delivery and have the shipper return the goods to sender, contact us and we will arrange for an alternative unit to be delivered. On signing for the delivery, you have accepted that the product is in good condition.
