Returns
Goods cannot be returned if you simply change your mind so please purchase carefully. If goods you received do not arrived as described then you must submit a request to return goods within 10 days from the date of receiving goods.
All goods come with a 1 year return to base parts warranty unless otherwise stated. This warranty does not cover any labour associated to replace the faulty item. All warranty claims require manufacturer approval before being processed. All warranty claims must be accompanied by a valid Archibalds Motors invoice.
When goods arrive they must be inspected for loss or damage before being signed for and noted on the consignment document. Failure to do this will void any possible claim. If goods do not arrive within 7 days of payment please contact us.
In no event shall Archibalds Motors Ltd be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, loss of business or profits.
