Shipping

We provide fast and reliable shipping within New Zealand.

Some items are eligible for free standard shipping.

All items are shipped from within New Zealand. While our products are globally sourced, they are stocked and dispatched from our NZ base.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days.

Tracking information will be provided once your order is shipped.

Delayed Delivery Guarantee (NZ Domestic Orders)

While we strive to ensure timely delivery within New Zealand, occasional delays during domestic transit may be beyond our control.

If your parcel has not arrived within 15 working days, we will refund the shipping cost, fully covered by us.

If the item is still undelivered after 20 working days, we will issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
