FAQs

Delivery
  1. Local - We offer a delivery service for the Auckland region for a reasonable charge This is based on a van and driver only so will require assistance in unloading and to take the items inside.
  2. Courier - Smaller items can be sent by Fastways couriers only We do not use NZ Post or other couriers. All items are carefully packaged to avoid damage. Our courier charge includes an allowance for packing and materials Couriers do not take furniture.
  3. Out of Auckland deliveries - If you need furniture delivered out of Auckland please check with a local carrier or use one of the on line options available on Trade me.
  4. Price - Please request a quote for options (1) & (2) above before bidding or using buy now.
Payment
We accept cash, Eftpos or credit card (Visa/Mastercard) in store only. We cannot accept credit cards over the phone nor do we accept cheques. You can also make payment by internet banking or by deposit to our bank account. If doing so please ensure the auction no is put in the reference field so that we can track the payment correctly.

We do not offer any finance or hire purchase options.

Invoices
A GST invoice is provided for every transaction.

Despatch
Once payment is received smaller items are sent within 24 hours of your payment. Please allow time for the banks to process your payment. If we are delivering your furniture we will contact you to organize a suitable time.

Once your payment has been received We deliver 7 days a week.

Pick up
We allow pick up on all our sales We are open 9.00am to 5.00pm weekdays and 10.00am to 4.00pm weekends. We are generally closed on public holidays so if wanting to collect on a holiday please confirm first that we will be open.

Warranty
We offer 30 warranty on our items (unless otherwise stated) in line with the Consumer Guarantees Act. This does not apply to misuse or damage caused by the purchaser or to products listed with a defect and noted as such on the listing. Any claim is on the basis of return to base We do not refund courier/delivery fees also.
