How do I Combine Shipping?
To combined items, it's just $1 each combined item! When you have finished winning items, simply pay 1 x full shipping (highest full postage) on one item, and $1 combined shipping on the each of the other items. That way we know you are all set to receive your treasures.
If paying by bank deposit, please use any one of your auction numbers as your bank deposit reference.
Most orders ship on the next business day after payment is received, thou some banks take time for the payment to show up . We will send you a shipping confirmation email which includes your tracking number and website to track your package. It normally takes 1-2 working day to arrive (rural delivery takes about 1-3 working days).
What is your Return Policy?
We have a very easy return policy. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item for a refund (excluding shipping charges) within 7 days of receiving it. No question asked! The item must be unworn or only tried on for fit/sizing.
Can you provide a GST invoice?
We are GST registered and are able to provide a GST invoice upon request.
How do I talk to Customer Service?
We open Monday to Friday except weekends and public holidays. All emails, questions & queries will be answered within 24 hours of us receiving them. We strive to reply to all emails but in the event that you have not received a response within 24 hours then please check your junk box or just message again, we may have missed it.
How to find my right ring size?
A simple way: You can use a string to wrap up your finger to get circumference, then divided by 3.14 to get diameter. We have listed the available sizes with internal diameter in most ring listings.
