We use NZ post express couriers 99.9% of the time.

We deliver via a tracked courier service - once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with a link to track the status of your order with our delivery partner (this should come from TradeMe, and would also be in your TradeMe account).

Standard NZ delivery is 2 to 3 business days to major cities, with additional time for rural deliveries.

You are welcome to advise a preferred courier, we will do our best to accommodate you.

Authority to Leave is granted on all items unless signature is requested.

Please provide a safe address for delivery. We recommend somewhere like a work address or PO Box which has someone on site.

Courier times for delivery are those provided by the couriers. We do not control them.

If you do not get your package in the expect time. Reach out and we will figure it out.

Leave a phone number as part of your delivery address... it will help old Bob the courier find you and your address if he gets in a pickle.

Please allow additional delivery times of up to 5 business days, if your order is placed within two days of a public holiday.

Please note that orders placed on a Friday may not be dispatched until the following Monday.
