Our goal is to make each customer happy with his or her purchase, so we're happy to accept returns within 90 days of the initial purchase! We'll do our best to keep the hassle to a minimum. Here's how it works:
You decided you don't like it, you ordered the wrong size, your significant other doesn't appreciate it, etc. (Voluntary returns)
If you would like to return the product for any reason, you may return it as long as it is in the original condition as when it was purchased with packaging.
We will refund the amount you paid for the item, less the shipping costs you paid. For items that shipped for free, we will charge a re-stocking fee equal to the value of the cost we paid to get it to you (it was free for you but not for us, unfortunately). This will be deducted from your refund.
You will be responsible for any return shipping charges.
The product was listed incorrectly (we screwed up!) or defective
If there is an error in the listing specifications (we hate to admit it, but it happens once in a while) and you would like to return the item, or the product is defective, we will pay the return shipping charges and give a full refund.
If you need to exchange an item for a different color or size, we're happy to facilitate your exchange. However, please note that all shipping costs incurred in the exchange are the customer's responsibility.
