Warranty
We provide 30 day return-to-base warranty (unless stated otherwise) against manufacturing defects. The warranty policy covers the failure of components due to manufacturing defects, but not man-made damages or wear-out. Buyers pay freight to send back to us.
Please choose carefully as we do not refund if you change your mind. If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
Feedback Request
If there is any problem with your order, please send us an email with a detailed description. If possible please attach a photo so we can identify the cause of problem more easily. We appreciate if you can email us firstly before placing unpleasant feedback, so we can sort out the problem for you.
