| | Trader was unable to supply the goods ordered. If they had let me know and processed a refund, I'd have left positive feedback. Instead there was zero communication, they ignored my request for a tracking link and only refunded after I lodged a dispute with TradeMe. |

| | Maybe the purchase is coming, maybe not, no idea as still waiting for any response from the company after buying on the 5th April. No response to emails either.
Still no contact a week after purchase so are putting in a claim for refund. Not good enough. |

| | This vendor has very poor communication, it took days to get any response and they were hard to contact. The phone number did not work from NZ. Eventually, a month later the item was shipped and recieved. Happy with the item but did not need to stress of not being able to make contact. If you need your item in a hurry then shope elsewhere. |
