30 DAY MONEY BACK RETURN POLICY
If you are unhappy with your item for whatever reason, simply return it to us for a replacement, exchange or refund.
The item must be in its original packaging/condition for change of mind purchases, otherwise a 20% restocking fee may apply. We do not cover return shipping for change of mind purchases. A shipping and handling fee will be deducting depending on the weight of the item for all change of mind returns.
Please note that postage costs will not be refunded for change of mind. Please use the Contact us page to email us for assistance. Please make sure to contact us within 30 days if you have a faulty item and we will cover the return postage where necessary, we do not cover this outside 30 days of purchase.
