| | Hi Chris, You received a wrong item. You called us and we responded immediately. We organised return and sent you the ticket the same day. Not sure which other company would do that. Two days ago we received the wrong item back. Upon inspection we found out our whole shipment is labeled wrong. Our communication is and was instant plus the refund the same time you asked us. |
