Refunds, Returns & Replacements
At Buckland Marine, we’re committed to offering quality products at great prices. To help keep our prices low, we aim to minimise operational costs - including those associated with returns.
As such, we do not accept returns unless the product is faulty or misrepresented, as covered under the Consumer Guarantees Act or the Fair Trading Act.

Our policy is to support the standard manufacturer warranty on all products.
If the goods have been damaged in transit please contact us immediately so that a claim can be lodged. We ask that you check your goods in full within 24 hours of receipt.
How to make a Warranty Claim
