Shipping
Our preferred shipping courier is NZ Post. Most items arrive overnight, though South Island deliveries can take an extra day or two. Please DO NOT sign for your goods until you have inspected the contents. Any goods signed for that are later found to be damaged cannot be claimed on. If your goods do arrive damaged, DO NOT sign and contact us immediately.

Shipping Times
For same day dispatched, order needs to be received by 1:30PM at the latest. Otherwise, orders are dispatched on the next working day.
We delivery via a tracked courier service – once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with a link to track the status of your order with our delivery partner.
Standard NZ delivery is overnight on most goods to major cities, thought South Island deliveries can take an extra day with additional time for rural deliveries.
Restrictions
Cackle TradeMe store offers delivery within New Zealand only. We do not currently ship to international addresses.
Please note that orders placed after 1:30PM on a Friday may not be dispatched until the following Monday. Weekends and all Public holidays are not classified as a business day.
