7 day Return to Base Warranty.
You must advise us within three days of receiving the rug(s) from the Courier via email.
The rug must be returned to us or in transit back to us by the seventh day of you receiving the rug from the courier company
Money back guarantee means that if you're not happy with your items, it can be returned for a full purchase amount. Please advise within 3 days of receiving the goods so we can ensure the process is adhered to correctly for returns.
Shipping is at buyer's cost both ways if mat(s) are being returned and deemed unsuitable by you due to colour or size.
If your rug arrives and has been damaged in transit or is faulty, please contact us within 3 days so we can rectify this for you.
Full refund will be given including shipping if there is a quality or damage issue.
