Buyer is entitled to replacement or refund on any new items purchased from our store (casestudio) that is "dead on arrival", or "arrives in damaged condition" Casestudio reserves the right to test or check "dead on arrival " or "in damaged condition" items and impose customer fee between 30%-50% if customer misrepresents the condition of the product. This includes (but not limited to) asking buyer to return the item back to us (at our cost if the item is damaged as described) or request for photos/videos as proof or evidence. Any returned items that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering will result in buyer being charged based on the condition of the product
