The product had 2 X large circular marks on the top, 1 x large very dark stain to one end and a 2 x very tiny dents to the top.
The seller has suggested 1. repair the damage myself or 2. accept the product as the defects are only minor. Plus he said as I didn't notify them within 48 hours they are not liable.
All we wanted was the product as shown without defects.
As we couldn't get a refund regretfully will need to proceed to the disputes tribunal. |

We’re sorry you’re unhappy with the item, but we want to clarify: the product was double-checked by our team under proper lighting and had no visible defects. It’s a solid wood item with a stained finish — any dents would’ve been clearly seen. We also offered to replace it with a brand new one, which you didn’t mention. We believe the damage may have occurred after delivery. We're still open to resolving this fairly. |
