| | The toekick was listed at $15, but freight to Manawatu was quoted at $190.28! lol no, not feasible, and a bit misleading really. Looks like a bargain but no. Thanks to trader for being understanding, and hopefully you can put a ballpark estimate on freight costs in future to save everyone time. |

| | Initially the purchase/pick up went well until it came to assembly, where we found the instructions weren't that easy to follow. Initial calls & emails for help & to check the correct hardware had been provided weren't followed up on when I needed the help. Things have been resolved as of today, however it was a bit of a stressful situation. Perhaps consider creating a few detailed assembly videos on your website to help the average non-tradie customers out. |
