Goods are not returnable simply because you changed your mind.
Any faulty or incorrectly supplied goods are fully returnable as per "our Guarantee".
Where possible a replacement will be provided. If a replacement is not possible a refund will be given.
We aim for 100% customer satisfaction, in the unlikely event of your item arriving faulty we will exchange only if:
item is damaged
item is defective
you notify us witin 7 days
in the unlikely event your item cannot be exchanged we will offer you a refund
all refund does not include postage price
we do exchange for size, but postage at buyer's cost
We will do our best to resolve any problem as soon as possible.
