RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICIES
You are welcome to return your items purchased.
- For readymade curtains, you can only return them before gathering and hang them up, That's because it's very difficult to recover the pencil pleat readymade curtains once they are gathered.
- Refund credit will be issued to you via bank credit transfer and you will be required to leave corresponding details onsite.
Subject to the clause entitled “Defective Products”, any products you return must be suitable for resale. This means that a product must be in its original unused condition, specifications and packaging, along with any accompanying accessories/Guarantees/Instructions together with the invoice and/or packing slip accompanying the product. A product cannot be returned if it has been engraved, modified, damaged, altered or sized.
