You acknowledge and agree that returns shall only be accepted by CLNZ in accordance with CLNZ's returns policy as notified to you from time to time, and that you may receive a credit for goods returned only with the written consent of CLNZ.

Where a faulty product is returned and you have requested the right to return to CLNZ within 7 working days of despatch and received written consent from CLNZ, and the returned product has not been used or opened or otherwise deemed unsalable by CLNZ you will be credited in full, unless the return is due to an error by CLNZ, freight charges will not be credited under any circumstances.

Faulty goods will be subject to the normal return procedures for the specific brand being returned.

Non-faulty product will require a written permission to return from CLNZ and must be in saleable condition, and will be subject to a minimum 10% restocking fee. Freight charges will not be credited under any circumstances.

You will be liable for all delivery and insurance charges incurred in respect of returned goods.
Warranties

Goods are subject to the manufacturers' warranties only, whilst in the qualifying period. CLNZ will pass on the benefit of those warranties to you, without itself being directly liable to you under any warranty.

Where goods are subject to a return to base warranty, you are responsible for returning them to CLNZ or the manufacturer (as provided by the warranty).

Any warranty may be voided by damage to or misuse of the system, problems caused by the use or misuse of software, negligent installation or operation, inadequate packaging, cleaning or maintenance, unauthorised repairs, modifications or the addition of incompatible hardware.

CLNZ does not make any warranty regarding the processing, provision, receipt or exchange of date data by any Products, and CLNZ shall not be liable to you or your customers (subject to any rights they may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993) for any reason whatsoever for any failure of the Products in connection with dates.

CLNZ reserves the right to repair, replace or refund the cost of equipment

Warranties are parts only excluding software support and labour and exclude software support, configuration or support.
