Returns will be accepted if the item is damaged in transit, we will refund in full including shipping.

Secondhand items are generally sold As Is & every effort will be made to describe any relevant damage before sale.

If items damaged in transit we will make a claim with the relevant carrier. Refunds will be processed on receipt

of confirmation that the buyer has responded fully to the carrier's request for details of damage. This process may take two or more weeks.
