| | Apart from it taking over a month delivery, customer service was very helpful. Good price on the product I bought too, so worth the wait. |

| | The incorrect item was sent to me. After contacting the seller I was advised to return it, however there was no prepaid shipping label or bag provided for this - so it would be at my cost (at least $20) even though the issue was not my fault. After trying to get this sorted with the seller, the communication dried up and I heard nothing. Thankfully TradeMe disputes resolved the issue and refunded me. I won’t be purchasing from this seller again in the future. |

| | Worst purchase ever. It’s been a month and a half since I brought this. The product hasn’t arrived and the seller has never made any contact or responded to my email. I would not recommend this seller - terrible communication and slow delivery. Unsure if I will ever get my product - I have had to put in a dispute claim claim with trade me to see if they can resolve it. |
