After contacting the seller I was advised to return it, however there was no prepaid shipping label or bag provided for this - so it would be at my cost (at least $20) even though the issue was not my fault. After trying to get this sorted with the seller, the communication dried up and I heard nothing. Thankfully TradeMe disputes resolved the issue and refunded me. I won’t be purchasing from this seller again in the future. |

I would not recommend this seller - terrible communication and slow delivery. Unsure if I will ever get my product - I have had to put in a dispute claim claim with trade me to see if they can resolve it. |
