Cosmic works hard to deliver quality products but if something goes wrong we want you to let us know so we can help. Please email us with your order number and the nature of the issue or call 0800 267 642 to speak to one of our online representatives.
 
Due to the nature of shopping online we get that sometimes things just don’t look the way you expected irl, so we’re happy to accept returns if you’ve changed your mind.
 
Please note the reason for your return on the bottom of your packing slip, and include it with the item/s being returned.

We will provide a refund for a product purchased online in the same form as your original payment. Please allow 14 days for us to receive and process your refund. Processing times may take longer during sale periods. We do not cover the cost of delivery back to our returns centre. We will not refund the original delivery charges for a change-of-mind return. It is your responsibility to return the item to us in a safe way. We are not responsible for items being returned to us which are lost or damaged in transit.
 
Items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons are piercing jewellery, unsealed beauty products and cosmetics, underwear, and swimwear. Products that are no longer in sell-able condition due to being worn, washed, or packaging and tags being removed will not be accepted.
