Returns
Cancellation and Returns – will be considered case by case, within 7 days of the close of the auction. If a return is authorised, freight costs will not be refunded unless we have made a mistake, and the item must be returned intact and unused in its original packaging. Return of “specials”, “factory seconds”, and “end-of-lines” will not be allowed.
