Do you offer pickup?
As we are based in Australia we cannot offer local pickup. All orders are shipped from our Australian warehouses direct to you.
 
Are prices negotiable?
All prices listed in our Trade Me store are fixed. We do not offer price negotiation or bulk purchase discounts through Trade Me.
 
The price of an item has changed
Prices are subject to change without notice and are listed in NZD. Any non-Australian currency conversions are approximate and based on current exchange rates.
We regularly run sales, promotions, and clearance events in line with seasonal changes and product updates. Prices applicable at the time of purchase are final, and we are unable to honour previous pricing.
 
Can you hold an item for later payment?
Payment is required immediately upon committing to purchase. We are unable to hold items for future payment.
 
How do I pay for my item?
Payment is made securely via Ping through Trade Me using Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer, or your Ping balance. Payment is processed instantly. If you do not have a Ping account, you can sign up at trademe.co.nz.
 
How much is postage?
Shipping costs are listed on each item and calculated based on size, weight, and delivery location.
 
Will international orders incur customs or duty charges?
Trade Me Limited (GST No. 072-491-386) is responsible for collecting and returning GST on eligible orders. GST is paid at checkout and is not payable again upon import.
Orders with a total value exceeding $1,000 NZD (excluding shipping) may be subject to additional customs charges, including import duties, entry transaction fees, and biosecurity levies. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. GST may also apply to these additional fees.
If customs charges are refused, the parcel may be abandoned. We are not responsible for any resulting loss. We cannot mark items as gifts or alter declared values, as this is illegal.
 
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are typically dispatched within one business day of payment. Any extended handling times are clearly noted in the listing. Deliveries occur Monday to Friday only. See our shipping page for more details.
 
How will I know when my order has shipped?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Trade Me notification and an email containing your tracking details. Tracking information generally becomes active after 9:00pm NZST on the day of dispatch.
 
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
We are unable to change shipping addresses once an order has been placed, as orders are processed quickly. Please ensure your delivery address is correct in your Trade Me account before purchasing.
If you believe there is an address error, contact us via Trade Me Messages immediately. While we cannot guarantee changes, we will attempt to intercept the order where possible.
 
How do I return an item?
Please refer to the Returns section in our Store Help menu for full return and exchange information.
 
My tracking shows the parcel has been delivered, but I cannot locate it
All deliveries require a signature. If no one is available at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a card with further instructions.
If you are unable to locate your parcel or have delivery concerns, please contact us via Trade Me Messages and we will assist.
