If goods are faulty (& this hasn't been disclosed when purchasing), we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.
We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
What do I do if my order has arrived damaged or has missing parts?
For damaged/faulty items shipped to you in the last 30 days we will be happy for you to return your items at no cost.
