Shipping
As we manufacture to order, please see each listing for dispatch timeframe once payment has been received. If no timeframe is mentioned, please allow up to 15 working days for your order to be ready for dispatch.
Collection:
Once your joinery is ready for collection, we will contact you via email (or phone if we have your phone number) to advise. Joinery collected from our factory is generally not packaged so please bring some blankets or such-like to protect during transit.
Collection Hours:
Monday – Thursday 7.30am – 4pm
Excluding public holidays.

Shipping:
If we are sending your order to you, we will let you know when this is dispatched and a tracking number. A quote for packaging and freight can be arranged by emailing us outlining your requirements.
Organise Your Own Shipping:
You are welcome to organise your own pick up by a freight company if you choose not to use our freighters. PLEASE LET US KNOW PRIOR TO COLLECTION IF YOU ARE USING YOUR OWN FREIGHTER so we can package accordingly and let you know when product is ready to be collected. There will be a small charge for the packaging and palletising of your items so please let us know your requirements prior to purchasing online. Please note that this will be at your OWN RISK, we will not provide any insurance or replacement for goods damaged by shipping organised by the purchaser
