How will my order be sent?
We send all purchases by courier.
All deliveries are fully tracked and insured.
How much does delivery cost?
We have fixed cost delivery prices, so you can buy as many items as you like and pay only one delivery charge. The more you buy, the better the value. Current prices are specified in our listings.
Can I purchase several items and combine shipping?
Absolutely! It’s easy – just pay for shipping on the first listing you purchase, and you can then choose the free combined shipping option for each extra listing purchased from us at the same time.
When will my order be despatched?
We work hard to process orders as quickly as possible, and we despatch parcels every day Monday to Friday except holidays.
Current processing timescales are specified in our listings, and may change depending on how busy we are.
Where can I get my order delivered?
Delivery can be to any New Zealand address, including PO Boxes.
Please ask for a quote before buying if you want delivery to Australia. Delivery cannot be made outside New Zealand or Australia.
How do I track my delivery?
You will be sent a confirmation email on the day of despatch.
This email will include details of how to track your order.
When will I receive my order?
The courier aims to deliver to most non-rural addresses the next working day after despatch, but please allow up to 2 working days for standard size orders.
Deliveries to rural addresses and larger parcels may take longer.
Note that deliveries are not usually made at weekends and public holidays.
Although most deliveries arrive within the target, delivery times are not guaranteed, and may occasionally be affected by delays outside our control.
What if I’m out when my order arrives?
Your order will be left in a safe place (e.g. a mail box) if possible. Otherwise, a card will be left inviting you to arrange re-delivery or collection. You can call the courier to make arrangements, or you can do it all on-line from the tracking page.
