DELIVERIES IN NEW ZEALAND
We offer a rate of $6.80, $12.90, $17.20 and $23.60 tiers for shipping on orders to a non-rural delivery address. These will be sent as non-signature courier items. Please note extra charges will apply for Rural Delivery
Order Delivery Times
Delivery is via courier and is generally completed within 2-3 business days to New Zealand destinations for orders received before 9am Monday through Friday subject to availability of stock and other considerations. Rural and remote deliveries can take up to 4 days longer.

Delivery charges
Delivery charges are based on a product weight and per ticket price. Delivery charges cover packaging and delivery. Delivery cost is shown on checkout under Shipping Method.
We Don't Include an Invoice in our Deliveries
Because we are a gift store we do not include a printed invoice with our deliveries and it is our standard practice to remove price stickers before packaging. Your recipient will not see the price of the items unless you specifically request it. Invoices and other correspondence are sent via email to the purchaser.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
We do many international deliveries for our clients and will be happy to assist you. We use NZ Post International to deliver overseas. Delivery times vary depending on which country the package is going to and the time of year.
We need to quote on EVERY overseas delivery, as the charge will vary according to your insurance requirements and what the item is.
If your item requires additional insurance cover we will provide a quote for that too.
