Exchanges and Refund Policy
Warranty is as stated in each auction.
If your ordered product arrives damaged, you must inform us within 5 days of receipt with photos of all packaging, so we can make prompt action.
Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item/s, we will either repair or issue a replacement. We reserve the right to refuse to refund if you change your mind.
In the event your item has not been delivered within 5 days of payment, please contact us so we can start the process of locating it. Unfortunately, failure to do so may result in it being too late to make a claim with the courier company.
Items returned to us must be in re-saleable condition to qualify for refunds. We will not accept responsibility for, nor refund the cost of goods that do not arrive in the condition that they were sold.
All eligible non-defective returns are subject to a $45 re-processing and restocking fee. All courier and postage charges in this instant are non-refundable.
Please ensure the auction you are bidding on is correct item to suit your purposes before placing a bid and read all relevant details with regard to products and warranties. Returns must be made within 7 days of receipt and the product is sent back to us at the "Buyer’s Expense".
