1. We will meet all your rights under Consumer Guarantees Act.


2. We will process returns of any unopened item that is still in original packaging to DISCOUNTCHEMIST within SEVEN days of receipt of your order (as recorded by the courier).


3. Items that cannot be resold will not be exchanged or refunded.


4. If the item returned more than SEVEN days after delivery and / or unable to be resold as new or missing parts cannot be exchanged or refunded.


5. If you are hypersensitive or allergic to any product(s) or ingredient(s) please check with us before ordering. As there is is limited space in the auction to write about the product, we will try to display most of the information but please do read more information about products in the manufacturer's website. We cannot refund a product which has been opened and used.
