Returns
We will ensure that our obligations under all New Zealand Acts are met. If a product develops a fault within its warranty period, we will arrange to have it repaired or replaced by the manufacturer/supplier.
The cost of returning the faulty item to the appropriate warehouse (location depending on the product ordered) is to be paid by the customer.
Please note that we will not, as a standard matter of course, offer a refund or exchange if you have changed your mind or chosen incorrectly. Please ensure that you select your products carefully and that they are compatible with your requirements prior to buying.
