How do I make a return?
At DR MOTO, we want you to love your purchase.
If it doesn’t fit, or isn’t quite right, you can return it within 14 days of receipt for an exchange (recommended), store credit, or a refund (excluding shipping costs), provided your return meets the conditions below.

Items must be new, unused, and in saleable condition.

All original packaging, labels, tags, and accessories must be included.

Items must be securely packaged (no courier labels or tape directly on product packaging).

Items must not be fitted, used, or “taken for a ride.”

A completed returns form and your order confirmation must be included.

Returns must be sent freight paid by the customer.
