Returns
At DR MOTO, we want you to love your purchase. If it doesn’t fit, or isn’t quite right, you can return it within 14 days of receipt for an exchange (recommended), store credit, or a refund (excluding shipping costs), provided your return meets the conditions below.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be new, unused, and in saleable condition.

All original packaging, labels, tags, and accessories must be included.

Items must be securely packaged (no courier labels or tape directly on product packaging).

Items must not be fitted, used, or “taken for a ride.”

A completed returns form and your order confirmation must be included.

Returns must be sent freight paid by the customer.
Exchanges are the fastest option — you’ll get your replacement promptly, without waiting for refunds to process.
Non-Returnable Items
Please choose carefully — the following cannot be returned:

Clearance & Sale Items: No refunds or exchanges.

Electronics: Non-returnable once opened or if seals are broken.

Parts & Mechanical Items:

Engine and mechanical parts are not returnable if incorrectly ordered.

Electrical parts are sold without warranty due to uncertain installation conditions — suitability is at the purchaser’s risk.

Any item installed or attempted to be fitted is not eligible.

Tools & Chemicals: Opened products are not returnable.

Damaged/Missing Packaging: Products without original packaging cannot be accepted.
If you’re unsure, please contact us before returning to avoid unnecessary courier costs.
Exchange Process (Recommended)

Complete the Returns Form and include it with your parcel.

Ship the item back freight paid using a tracked, signature-required courier.

If your original order qualified for free shipping, exchanges will incur a standard freight fee.

If your return is rejected, the item will be held until return shipping is paid.
Refunds

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method (credit card or bank transfer).

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
-
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive your return.
