Free shipping is not eligible with certain discounted products & promotions. Free shipping excludes motorcycles, dangerous goods and oversized products. International orders are excluded from free shipping promo.
General Shipping policy
Larger orders may be without notice, split up and shipped on a number of consignments for ease of delivery. Tracking information for all consignments will be available.
Indent orders and specially procured items are non-refundable once order has been placed unless the goods are deemed unfit for purpose in which case Dr Moto Limited has first right to repair or replace under the consumers guarantee act 1993.
Customers who choose Express Shipping (no signature) give authority for their order to be left unattended at their delivery address. Dr Moto will only replace orders using this shipping method providing the order is proved lost in transit by our delivery company.

Factory Direct (0-2 business days**) bypasses our retail store and is sent direct from factory or from instore stock. Sometimes due to orders being procured from multiple locations we may split the order in multiple consignments.

Dangerous goods
Dangerous goods (DG) has a separate rate from standard for items such as lead acid unsealed batteries, Lithium batteries & vehicles with lithium batteries such as E-bikes. If you aren't entirely sure which shipping rate to choose at checkout, please contact us prior to ordering.

Motorcycle & ATV freight can take anywhere from 2 days up to 4 weeks +/- due to the need to procure & organise bulk transport.
