Returns Policy:
 
We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. While returns are unlikely, here's what you need to know:
Damaged or Faulty Goods:
  • In the rare case of damaged or faulty items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We'll do our best to help you resolve the issue quickly.
  • Please take care to inspect your items upon arrival. If you notice any damage, DO NOT sign for them and contact us immediately.
  • For damage reported within 3 days of delivery, we'll work with you to arrange a return and replacement or refund at our expense.
  • For reports after 3 days, we may not be able to assist due to courier policy restrictions.
Unwanted Items:
  • If you simply change your mind about an item, you can request a return within 7 days of receiving it. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility.
  • All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
